The issuance of certification for the systems is included. The job requires regular design and thermal zone summary (law 10).The work includes standard type materials of medium high quality. New Construction with approved building permit – Intends new construction for residential use (villa) or elevation of an existing home with related underground or semi-underground part included (underground part not to exceed 2,50 meters). In the event there is no underground or semi-underground part, this price is reduced by about 20%. The attic level must be added to the project’s residential volume. The job includes: excavation, sewer connection, electrical connection, plumbing connection, electrical grounding, roof with multiple sides in cement with covering in shingles (can be chosen).The construction is to be considered “turn key”. The type of materials used is of medium type. The construction includes also security doors, video surveillance of the perimeter area. Example 01: I need to totally remodel my apartment

Identify the letter that relates to the remodeling (in this case letter D): price 180E/mc

Know the area of the residence in reference to the living area (measure the inside of the rooms), excluding terraces and/or balconies: multiply this value by the internal height.

Multiply the value obtained by the reference price: 180 E/mc

Typical house of 75 mq (total remodeling)  height of 2,70m = 75 x 2,70 = 202,5 mc x 180 = 36.450 E (home remodeled with the specifications identified in letter D)
